For the last 20 years, O&S Development has been a leader in the growth of communities-residentially and commercially. Beginning as homebuilders, partners Tim Opfer and Jim Stuckmann have moved from providing communities with more residential developments to giving municipalities and their residents the commercial developments they are demanding. O&S coordinates the work that sets the stage for these developments, including engineering, planning, annexation and zoning, and infrastructure improvements.

O&S Development has focused much of its attention on the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, where it has and continues to bring new retail sites, office centers, and mixed-use developments that increase the quality of the communities in which they are built.

In addition to seeing through the construction process of their developments and working closely with the subcontractors who make up their team, O&S Development also maintains its properties in-house, and offers prime retail spaces and office condominiums for lease or purchase.
